About us

Used since the 1800s to transport fresh beer from brewery to home and named after the gruff sound heard from gas escaping through it’s lid, the “Growler” is still used today for filling with great beer to take home and share with friends and family.

We began brewing beer in our small London flat in Exmouth Market and used a one gallon Growler to ferment our tiny batches of lovingly crafted ale. Uncompromising on ingredients and methods, we’ve always been dedicated to making delicious beers that make our ales wail and our Growler howl.
